In this frenzied and frazzled digital world that we live in, writing by hand feels a lot like an indulgence, a sacred and defiant act of self-care in a world that wants to hurry us along.
But we are a big believer in the life-changing power of putting things in writing. The mere act of writing something down sends a signal to the brain that “this is important to me.” And don’t we all make time for what’s important?
