Absolutely! Our journals are made with premium ultra thick paper, which means they're suitable for all kinds of writing and drawing tools.

Yes! They are made of 170gsm paper, which is thicker than most other journals. We recommend using water based markers and paints for best results.

Our bullet journal has 80 sheets (160 pages), and it is a great size for both long-term planning, and short-term projects.

We understand that sometimes, things happen. You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Send us an email at hello@stringandspace.com with the details of your order and we will do our best to help you out.

We understand that there are always last-minute changes, but all sales are final to avoid unnecessary delays and for you to receive your items as fast as possible. Therefore, we urge everyone to read everything and to double check their carts before checking out.

To ensure that the items we ship are correct and in perfect condition, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order/s. You will be notified via email of your order’s status once we ship them out.

We accept all major credit cards and payment providers such as American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Shipping is determined by the weight of your order, and will be calculated at checkout.

We ship internationally, but only to the US and EU. We're working on expanding our shipping options to more countries, so stay tuned!

For orders within the US, you may expect to receive your orders within 3-5 business days after purchase. For international orders, it may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks, depending on the area. Please do note that business days do not include weekends and holidays in the US.

All products we sell are in pristine brand new, unused and unmarked condition (unless specifically mentioned otherwise). 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from our website. If you need to return an item, please make sure that:

✔ It is in the same condition as when you received it.

✔ Labels must still be attached to the product.

✔ The item/s must be in original packaging.

✔ You have a proof of purchase.

Damaged packaging will be accepted for a return only if the damage is the minimum amount necessary to open the package or if the damage occurred during shipping.

If we send you wrong or faulty items, goods you never ordered, or substitute goods you prefer not to accept, we will refund or issue a credit note to cover your return delivery charges providing you obtain our consent by email and use the return delivery method that we stipulate. You shall pay return delivery charges in all other instances.

When we receive your item, after inspecting the product we will notify you within 7 days of  the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3 days.
