Ideas for your Self-Care Bullet Journal Spread

April 05, 2022 2 min read

We know you've come to the right place because, like us, you're probably a little obsessed with bullet journals. It's okay—we get it. They're so cool, right? And also super practical and fun to use. If you are a bullet journal addict like us, chances are you have a ton of ideas for spreads that you would love to include in your bullet journal. I mean, we all want our bujo to be as functional and beautiful as possible. It’s our baby after all!

But it's not all just about organisation, planning, and productivity. More importantly, they can be used as a tool for self-care and self-love! We know that feeling better about yourself and your life can transform everything around you—and we want to show you how bullet journals can help make that happen.

First things first: let's start with a meditation spread!

This spread is all about mindfulness—remembering to breathe, relax, and remember what you love about yourself. Once you complete this spread, it's there for you whenever you need it—just open up your journal and take a moment for yourself. That's what this is all about: taking care of yourself in whatever way works for YOU!

Let’s take a walk down memory lane.

Another great way to make sure your mental health is being taken care of is by keeping track of good memories. You can do this by creating a spread where you have a space to write down the details of something good that happened each day, so that when you look back, all you see is positivity!

Be sure to include all 5 senses in your description; include the things you saw, heard, tasted, touched and smelled. Also try to include where you are and who you're with.

And lastly: Gratitude Log

When times get tough, it's easy to focus on what's going wrong in our lives. But doing so only makes us feel worse. In fact, studies show that keeping a gratitude log can help us feel more joyful and fulfilled and improve our overall mental health. So why not try adding one of these spreads to your bullet journal? That way you'll always have something to be thankful for when things get out of hand.

Remember that self-care is important in every aspect of your life. Bullet journals are no different. With the help of this post, you can incorporate some self-care spreads and other activities into your journal so that you can have a place to keep all of your self-care needs in one place.
